Our Mission
Implementation of a sustainable and all-inclusive developmental programme that gives opportunity to a multitude of target groups for participation and contribution in changing the present environment towards a better community and ensure a dignified life. With such a programme, we aspire to spread happiness among the senior citizens, to harness the talent of rural children, to empower women through skill development, and to save environmental health of mother nature.

We long to be the change that we love to see in others for a healthier and happier community. We will work passionately to expand our presence, and connect to people across the state.
What we are about
Paribartan is a NGO in Assam, India. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Passion to serve the senior citizens in dire straits, desire to empower women and children through skill development, urge to offer a helping hand to the underprivileged, and unflinching love to preserve nature form the core values of Paribartan. Paribartan has its own campus at Patgaon, Rani in the district of Kamrup in Assam.

Paribartan was formed in 2014 with a missionary zeal and never-say-die attitude of Ms. Trishna Baruah, the present President of Paribartan. An eleven member executive body runs the organization. Paribartan campus has a land area of 11520 square feet surrounded by pristine scenic beauty. One recovery room having an area of 900 square feet is already functional.The foundation of the main building of Paribartan home was laid on March 14, 2020 by Shri R. N. Kalita, Hon’ble MLA of West Guwahati assembly constituency.

What we are about
Paribartan is a registered society that works as a NGO at Patgaon, Rani in the district of Kamrup in Assam, India. Paribartan was formed in 2014. Passion to serve the senior citizens in dire straits, desire to empower women and children through skill development, and unflinching love to save nature form our core values.

Paribartan Campus | Patgaon
Construction of the Main Building of Paribartan
Foundation of the primary pillar of the main building of Paribartan was laid by Shri Ramendra Narayan Kalita, Hon’ble MLA, West Guwahati Constituency on March 14, 2020. A meeting the was also held at the campus in presence of the of the surrounding villagers and members of the Paribartan family.
Shri Kalita appreciated the works of Paribartan and promised to help the organization in best possible way. He also planted a sapling outside the main gate, and interacted with the media persons covering the occasion.
Standing upto the Challenges
Initiative during Covid 19 Pandemic
Honouring the Covid-19 Warriors
Team Paribartan went to Azara PHC, Kamrup(M), Azara on April 13, 2020 and honoured the doctors, nurses, technicians, and sanitation workers in recognition of their relentless services during this Covid-19 pandemic.
Food items Provided to the Poor
During the lockdown period declared due to Covid-19, Paribartan offered essential food stuff to the poor and the deprived people around Rani, Patgaon area.
Helping the Stranded Labourers
Free meals and shelter were provided to 16 stranded labourers hailing from Barama and Pathsala area at the campus of Paribartan, Patgaon during the first two phases of lockdown declared due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Organic Farming
One plot of land adjacent to the Paribartan campus is being used for cultivation of different seasonal vegetables. The produces are being used by the nearby villagers and Paribartan inmates.

Paribartan team celebrated the World Environment Day on June 5, 2020 this year too by planting 100 saplings. A discussion on environment awareness was also held at the office of Paribartan. Shri Kandarpa Boro, Secretary of Rangmon Tourism Society, Patgaon, was the lead speaker. Advocate Sh. Keshab Kumar Baruah, Guwahati also put forth the challenges before our organization and how to overcome these to accelarate towards our goal.
